Orders
All shades are made to order in my Glasgow studio. I aim to deliver within 3/4 weeks anywhere in the UK and oversees orders could take up to 4/5 weeks.
Multiple items will be delivered within 6-8 weeks depending on unit quantity ordered. If you have a special delivery date request please do get in touch and I will do my best to help.

Deliveries
I ship using Royal Mail First Class post or Parcel Force for larger orders and international.

Returns
As all pendants are made to order I am unable to accept returns. All products are 100% handmade so there will be slight unique differences between each piece.  If you have any issues with a order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

If your parcel is damaged on delivery, please do not accept the package and contact me immediately. Alternatively please photograph the packaging and damaged goods and email the images over to us so that we can contact the courier and make a claim on your behalf.
